A holiday on the beautiful Adriatic coast, east of Rome.

Our hotel is located in Abruzzo, surrounded by nature reserves, directly on the sea.

A week of yoga, meditation, sea, nature and sports, in the beautiful location of Giulianova.

This retreat will be a journey to discover the inner galaxies, revealing the most natural and effective ways of interacting with the chakra to harmonize and balance them through fluid, dynamic postures and the static nature of meditation.

The program includes moments of practice, meditation breaks, moments of outdoor sports, water sports and moments of relaxation in the SPA, with an Ayurvedic or relaxing massage.

Everything accompanied, for those who wish, with good vegetarian and / or vegan food; the whole on the coast of Giulianova, where it is possible to hear the sound of the waves and admire the beauty of the mountains (the location is directly on the sea, just 10 minutes from the hills and 1 hour from the mountains of the Gran Sasso)

The activities will take place outdoors or by the sea or other suggestive locations.

The program foresees:

- c.a. 20 h / week yoga / meditation program (1 day per chakra, yoga in the water, SUP yoga, power yoga, yin yoga, vinyasa yoga, pranayama yoga, Tibetan bells, didgeridoo, shamanic circles ...)

- a weekly program of sports activities such as Nordic walking, jogging, canoeing, pilates, aqua fitness, cycling etc.

- Excursions (cultural or natural history guided tours)

- Relaxation in our sauna, Turkish bath and emotional shower between an Ayurvedic massage and hydromassage swimming pool.

With yoga and meditation sessions, Tibetan displays, excursions, sports, hiking, sea and maditation, it will be possible to enjoy a detox vacation to recharge your batteries.
